1. General Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, services, and platform usage under Marwiz Vision and associated Marwiz platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may request cancellation through the Marwiz account dashboard (if available) or via Marwiz Support.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not guarantee a refund.
  • After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Custom Services Cancellation

Cancellations are not permitted once work has started for:
  • Custom configuration
  • API setup
  • Installation
  • Onboarding
  • Software integration
  • Any personalized development work
All custom or project-based services follow a strict no-cancellation policy once initiated.

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Applied immediately.
  • Downgrades: Take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations of upgrades or downgrades do not warrant refunds for the current cycle.

5. Cancellation by Marwiz Vision

Your account may be suspended or cancelled without refund for:
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Abuse or misuse of AI/vision features
  • Security breaches or illegal usage
  • Non-payment or chargeback activity
