Refund Policy

1. General Refund Guidelines

This Refund Policy covers purchases, subscriptions, platform services, and development services tied to Marwiz Vision and affiliated platforms. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only granted under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Non-usage of the platform
  • Auto-renewals where users did not disable renewal beforehand
  • Custom development, installation, onboarding, configuration, or API setup once started

3. Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptional Only)

Refunds may be considered only for:
  • Duplicate payment due to system or technical error
  • Payment charged but service not activated
  • Marwiz system failure preventing access to the purchased product or service
All refund claims must include proof of payment and relevant details for validation.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Billing disputes must be raised within 3 working days of the transaction.
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting Marwiz Vision first will result in immediate account suspension.
